What AMC covers

Bug fixes. Anything the bridge does wrong that you report is fixed and sent as an update.
ERPNext and TallyPrime minor upgrades. When a minor release of either (such as ERPNext 15.40 → 15.52, or a TallyPrime update in the same release line) stops the bridge working as it did, we fix the bridge to match.
Every bridge update released during the AMC year.
Remote help by email and screen share on working days, for sync errors and mapping questions.

Needs a change request (CR)

Any additional feature: new document types, custom fields or doctypes, new mappings, reports, or a change to how data goes across.
Disruptive major upgrades of ERPNext or TallyPrime (such as ERPNext 16 → 17) that totally nullify the data flow between them.
Problems in ERPNext, TallyPrime, Windows or your network themselves, or wrong data entered in ERPNext.

A CR is quoted separately: we agree the scope and price with you in writing before any work starts.

Where do I get a partner coupon?

From the Tally partner who introduced the bridge to you. Each partner has their own coupon; it gives up to 50% off the licence and AMC, depending on the partner, and tells us who to work with on your setup. No partner? Ask us and we'll put you in touch with one, or buy at list price.

What does one licence cover?

One ERPNext company synced into one Tally company, by the bridge on one Windows PC. For more companies, buy a licence for each. Moving the bridge to a new PC is done by activating the same licence there.

Annual or perpetual?

Annual costs less to start; renew each year to keep syncing. Perpetual is paid once and never ends. With either, you run the version you install: updates, fixes and support come with AMC, which is bought separately, from the first year.

What happens when an annual licence ends?

Sync stops until you renew. Your Tally company, your mappings and the sync history stay as they are, and the bridge picks up where it left off once renewed. Renewing needs nothing on your PC: the bridge refreshes its licence by itself.

Do I need AMC?

It's optional. With it, bug fixes and fixes for ERPNext and TallyPrime minor upgrades are ours to deliver, you get every update, and remote help when a sync goes wrong. Without it, the bridge keeps working on the version you have, annual or perpetual.

What is a change request?

Any additional feature, or rework after a disruptive major upgrade of ERPNext or TallyPrime that totally nullifies the data flow, is a change request: tell us what you need, we send a scope and a price, and work starts once you agree. It is billed separately from the licence and AMC.

Which versions are supported?

ERPNext 14, 15 and 16, with or without India Compliance, on Frappe Cloud or your own server; TallyPrime on the same PC or on Tally on Cloud; Windows 10 or 11.
