Who we are
DORON Tech Solutions LLP (GSTIN 27AAYFD8585F1ZL), India, makes DORON Tally ERP Bridge and this website. For anything about your personal data, including questions and grievances, write to support@dorontechsolutions.com.
Your accounting data never reaches us
The bridge runs on your own Windows PC. It reads your ERPNext site directly and posts to your TallyPrime directly. Your ledgers, parties, invoices, stock and balances, and your ERPNext key and secret, stay on that PC and on your own ERPNext and Tally. They are never sent to DORON. The ERPNext key and any Tally on Cloud password are stored encrypted for your Windows account.
What we collect and why

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
Who we share it with
- Your Tally or ERPNext partner, if you bought through one: the details of your licence, so they can supply and support you.
- Service providers who work for us: Hetzner Online GmbH (our servers) and our email provider.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Where it is kept
On our servers in Helsinki, Finland (European Union), over encrypted connections. Only authorised DORON staff, signing in with their work accounts, can see it.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records and GST invoices: as long as tax law requires (currently about eight years under GST).
- Licence records: for the licence term and that tax period.
- Server and abuse-prevention logs: only as long as needed to keep the service secure.
After that we delete the data or remove what identifies you.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of your personal data and who it was shared with, have it corrected, completed or updated, have it erased when we no longer need it, withdraw a consent you gave (this can stop a licence from working), and nominate someone to act for you. Write to support@dorontechsolutions.com from the email address on your licence. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. Significant changes are also announced in the software's update notes.
